CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of a 48 hour notice. If you cancel within the 48 hour window of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the appointment scheduled with the credit card on file.  

No show, if you do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment scheduled & it must be paid before re-booking that appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL: Salon Duo understands things happen but unfortunately if you are 15+ minutes late you are required to re-book your appointment. Time is everything. If you are late then that reflects on every other client that is scheduled that day. Now, if you are going to be late that day due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact Salon Duo as soon as possible.
